OPEN Center for the Arts is excited to announce a Bi-Nacional Call-for-Artists in collaboration with NODO Centro Cultural in San Luis Potosi

MORFOSIS

Open to all visual, literary, and video art disciplines to share their interpretation of intimate and/or collective experiences from these moments of “Change”.

Art has long been a powerful tool for expressing our experiences, documenting moments and giving voice to what words sometimes cannot convey. Over the last 12 to 18 months, many of us have experienced uncertainty, transitions, and losses which have served as a catalyst for personal transformation by forcing us to develop resilience.

Morfosis is intended to promote dialogue and reflection on change through art. We invite artists to explore personal stories, community experiences, cultural memory, social and environmental changes, as well as visions of the future.

Registration Due: October 16th, 2026

Artwork Dropoff: November 3 – 6, 2026, 10am – 5pm, November 7, 2026 9am-12pm

Opening Night: Thursday, November 19th 2026, 4pm – 8pm

Dates of Exhibition: November 19, 2026 – March 5, 2027
